From The Artist
Charcoal and graphite, sometimes combined with hand-embossing and pastels for sepia effects, are the mediums I love most and find both challenging and rewarding. Uninhibited by colour, my works become more dramatic, and I find it easier to capture the moods and emotions of the animals as well as the atmosphere of the landscapes that are home to these creatures.
